If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Policy

You have 7calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs

are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your

refund.

Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7 days. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.PrintPoloin has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by PrintPolo and accept PrintPolo decisions regarding the cancellation.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
